Shipping and Returns

Ordering and shipping:

  • We offer free shipping for orders of $90 and above within the U.S. (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Delivered within 2-7 business days, based on delivery location.
  • Shipping of orders less than $90 will be calculated based on shipping address and length of delivery. Shipping cost options will be reflected at checkout.
  • All Orders placed from Friday 2:00 pm CST to Sunday11:50 pm will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
  • Most orders will ship within 24 hours if placed before 2:00 pm CST Monday through Friday (excluding US Federal and State holidays).
  • At this time, we are unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the U.S. We do apologize for any inconvenience
  • We cannot guarantee overnight shipping at this time; however, we work at ensuring to meet the need. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Non-authorized purchases will be canceled, and the buyer will be notified.
  • Delayed or Cancelled Orders all orders placed on esteta.com are processed by an automatic verification system, which attempts to verify all information provided. Orders will be impacted, can be canceled if:
    • an item(s) becomes unavailable
    • payment information failure to process
    • item(s) cannot be shipped to the provided address
    • customer request of cancellation prior to shipping
    • address and contact information provided does match the information your bank has on your credit card statement
    • you do not meet our Terms and Conditions
    • the item(s)in your order are now out of stock.
    • difficulty in processing payment information
    • cannot ship to the address provided.
    • A duplicate order was placed.

 

Order Status and Tracking

  • You will receive an email once your order has shipped. To view the status of your order online, login to your Esteta Account. If you do not have a Esteta Account or you checked out as a guest, you will not be able to view the status of your order online. You may contact our Customer Care Specialists, who will be able to locate your tracking number at info@estetaskincare.com.
 

Delivered Orders That Are Not Received Yet

  • From time-to-time carriers will mark packages as “delivered” when they arrive to their local sorting facility. Because of this, we ask that you please allow the full 10 business days for your package to be delivered to you. If you still have not received your order after 10 business days, an investigation will be opened with the carrier and may take 1-8 business days to complete. To begin this process, please be sure to contact us at info@estetaskincare.com. For faster assistance, be sure to provide your order number, and a quick summary of your concern; we aim to respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your inquiry during business hours.
 

Returns and refunds:

  • We gladly offer refunds for unopened and unused damaged or defective products. Should you receive a damaged or defective product please send us an email within 48 hours at info@estetaskincare.com with proof of any damage or defect, including exterior packaging.
  • Due to the nature of our products, returns or refunds for used and open products cannot be processed.
  • If a package is returned marked undeliverable, we will try to contact you and offer you a refund or reshipping to the right address.
  • Please note that in this case we can only refund the price of the product and not the shipping charged, and a second shipping charge will be added for a second shipping.
  • Changed your mind, and you don’t want to try our products after you bought it? No problem! We can stop and cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet or we can refund the product price once we receive the product back. Please note that the product MUST be unopened, unused, undamaged, and the shipping charges (both ways) will be your responsibility.
